Short Title, Extension And Commencement
(1) This Act may be called as the “Nepal Court Fees Act, 2017 (1960)”. (2) This Act shall extend throughout ………Nepal3 . (3) Sections 1 and 26, and Sub-section
(2) of Section 4 of this Act shall come into force immediately and the other Sections and Sub-sections shall come into force in such areas and on such dates as the Government of Nepal may appoint, by a Notification in the Nepal Gazette.4
